Welcome to CreatorHub TV

CreatorHub TV is a creator-first platform built by and for independent filmmakers, animators, artists, educators, and storytellers. We believe in art without restriction, voices without algorithms, and stories that belong to the people who create them — not to corporations.

We are proudly uncensored, but we are not unsafe.
Our guidelines exist to protect people — not to police creativity.

I. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

  • Viewers of all ages are welcome to explore public content, though viewer discretion is advised based on project age ratings.

  • Creators must be 18+, or 16+ with verified parental/guardian consent to submit, upload, monetize, or collaborate on projects.

  • Creators under 18 must follow child labor and digital safety laws within their country, and be supervised by a responsible adult.

II. OUR VALUES

  • No Corporate Gatekeeping – We uplift fresh voices, not fame machines. No brands. No bots. No artificial virality.

  • No AI Slop – Human creativity only. This platform is a safe space for original minds.

  • No Exploitation – We protect creators and audiences from abuse, scams, or unsafe behavior.

  • No Performative Moderation – Real humans review reports. No shadowbans. No secret rules.

III. WHAT WE DON’T ALLOW

CreatorHub TV welcomes a wide range of stories — including bold, unfiltered, and even controversial ones. But to maintain safety and basic respect, the following are strictly prohibited:

1. Hate Speech & Harassment

  • Direct attacks, slurs, or content inciting violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability, or appearance

  • Harassment, doxxing, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact of other users

2. Exploitation or Abuse

  • Content featuring or promoting sexual abuse, grooming, or exploitation of minors

  • Non-consensual sexual content (real or depicted)

  • Revenge porn, deepfakes, or sexual AI replications of real people

3. Dangerous or Graphic Content

  • Real-world graphic violence with no narrative or educational purpose

  • Glorification of self-harm, suicide, or substance abuse

  • Encouraging harm or dangerous behavior (especially toward youth or vulnerable groups)

4. Predatory or Misleading Behavior

  • Scams, phishing, financial fraud, or misleading monetization

  • False claims about health, safety, or financial opportunities

  • Use of the platform to solicit sex, manipulate creators, or abuse platform access

5. AI-Generated Work (with limits)

  • Full AI-written shows, AI-animated series, or deepfaked human likenesses are not allowed

  • Creators may use AI tools (like noise reduction, upscaling, etc.) as assistants — not replacements

  • All AI-assisted content must be clearly labeled and original creator-controlled

IV. MATURE CONTENT, RATINGS, & LABELING

CreatorHub TV welcomes adult creators and stories — but requires accurate labeling so viewers can make informed choices.

When uploading content, select one of the following ratings:

  • G (Everyone) – General audience, family content

  • PG13+ (Teen) – Light profanity, action, or suggestive themes

  • 17+ (Mature) – Adult language, themes, implied sexuality, non-graphic violence

  • 21+ (Explicit) – Graphic violence, nudity, sexual content, drug use

Mislabeling or hiding mature themes may result in content removal or account suspension.

V. CHILDREN’S CONTENT & KID CREATORS

If you are submitting content for children or representing kid creators, you must:

  • Be over 18 or submit with adult supervision

  • Follow COPPA and all local youth labor/media laws

  • Ensure content is educational, safe, and developmentally appropriate

  • Not monetize or exploit a child’s likeness, name, or voice without consent

Note: Comments are disabled by default on children’s content for safety.

VI. COLLABORATION ETIQUETTE

We encourage creators to build, connect, and grow — together.

  • All collaborations must be transparent and consensual

  • Abuse of power, ghosting, or financial exploitation of collaborators is grounds for investigation

  • Disputes should be resolved respectfully or escalated to your project lead or platform staff

VII. STRIKE POLICY & ENFORCEMENT

We operate on a three-strike policy, but reserve the right to escalate based on severity.

  1. First Strike – Warning and request for content update/removal

  2. Second Strike – Temporary demonetization or feature suspension

  3. Third Strike – Full account suspension and/or IP ban

Some offenses (e.g., child exploitation, hate speech, scams) will result in instant removal.

VIII. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you witness or experience behavior that violates our guidelines:

  • Use the “Report” button on the creator profile or project

  • Or email: safety@creatorshub.tv (anonymous reports welcome)

  • All reports are reviewed by a real human team within 3–5 business days

  • False or retaliatory reports will not be tolerated

IX. FINAL REMINDERS

  • You own your content. You are also responsible for it.

  • You may speak freely. But don’t use that freedom to endanger or dehumanize others.

  • We are not interested in cancel culture, purity tests, or banning people for unpopular views. But we will draw the line at harm.
